GET TO KNOW KRISTIAN NAIRN
For the last 20 years, Kristian Nairn has been one of Ireland’s most prolific resident house DJs. He has remixed tracks for the Freemasons, Madison Avenue and Duke to name but a few, as well as performing globally alongside acts such as the Scissor Sisters.
As well as his musical talent, he is famous for his role as the much loved character ‘Hodor’ in HBO’s juggernaut series Game of Thrones, which has obtained an exceptionally broad and active international fan base. It received widespread acclaim by critics, and the series has won numerous awards and nominations including two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series and a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Television Series – Drama.
Kristian is currently playing his DJ sets to clubs around the world, taking his international fan base on a journey through big room vocal house and progressive EDM.
Kristian also headlines his own “Rave of Thrones” club show, a fully immersive Game of Thrones clubbing experience which has toured the UK, the USA, and Australia.
He recently released his debut single – ‘Up’ feat. vocals by Leanne Robinson.

Adrian Pasdar has established himself as one of the finest and most versatile actors on the scene today. Taking on challenging roles and projects, Pasdar has carved out a diverse career in movies, television and on stage.
Pasdar is currently gearing up for Season 6 of “Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” on ABC as the bracingly funny Col Glenn Talbot who at the end of last season transformed into the the Marvel character GRAVITON.
Adrian has also been recurring as Morgan Edge in the CW’s “Supergirl” which is about to start filming Season 4.
He recently spent 2 seasons playing Nolan Burgess on the USA cable series “Colony” as well as the film “Coming Through the Rye” and a starring role in the ABC pilot “Kingmakers”.
Adrian also starred for 4 seasons on the hit NBC series “Heroes” playing the flying Senator Nathan Petrelli and 2 seasons on the ABC Family series “The Lying Game” and title role in the cult series “Profit” for Fox.
Voice over is also a vital part of Adrian’s talent as he was the voice of “Iron Man” on 4 animated series, most notably “Avengers Assemble” for 3 years and still recurs on Disney XD’s series Milo Murphy’s Law.
On stage, Adrian appeared in the production of the musical “Atlanta” at the Geffen Playhouse. Pasdar was the co-writer of the musical with Grammy award winning composer Marcus Hummon and Adrian co-directed the musical as well.
Feature films include starring roles in the fan favorite Near Dark as well as Carlitos’s Way, Cookie, Just Like a Woman, Vital Signs and Second Hand Lions. Pasdar directed the independent film “CEMENT” starring Jeffrey Wright and the late Christopher Penn which collected the Grand Jury Prize for Best Feature Film at the Houston Worldfest in 2000.
Additional theater credits include New York theater productions of On the Waterfront and the Obie Award winning Aven’ U Boys.

He’s also well known as former Italian national champion athlete and photomodel with a big passion for Videogames (Hardcore Gaming).
His cosplays are handmade by himself with the exception of some complicated sewing parts and his specializations are armours, weapons, accesories and make-up.
During his physioteraphy and sport sciences’ studies, Leon trained enough to elevate himself to a national athlete level as he’s also a personal trainer with Calisthenics and Parkour skills. He is working hard everyday to stay in a perfect shape.
All his cosplays are made with big passion, heart and artistic skill, something that made him become famous his “fomento” attitude : being and living full of energy and dynamism. King is a cosplayer from Taiwan with over 18 years of experience. Won various competitions since and has been invited to more than over 200 events worldwide as international guest. Judged for more than 100 over international cosplay competitions and has been invited to a lot of TV shows around Taiwan, China for interviews including magazines features worldwide. King also ambassadors for several gaming companies around Taiwan, China.

Alan Quah is an artist from Malaysia whose first comics pages were published in a 1984 fanzine, APAzine from Berita Publishing. His art there was awarded the best inker of the book by readers of Daniel Chan’s Friday comic newspaper. He received degree in Advertising in 1992 and opened a design shop in 1997. In 2005, he returned to illustration and was hired by California based Comics Conspiracy to draw the black and white series THE ELDRICH. Later that year, he joined Heroverse to produce art for the title ANYWHERE.
In 2006, Alan won the Devil’s Due talent search competition and later that year he won the 24hr CEDKO Comic Challenge. In 2008, he was chosen into the top 50 finalist in Marvel’s CHESTERQUEST.
He founded Komikaki Studio, a comic art and colouring company which has produced a few projects for DC, MTVN, Top Cow, Capstone, Heroverse, DDP, Webtoon, IDW, Xenescope, Image, Valiant and Titan Comics.
He has worked for DC Comics’ The Vampire Diaries and Legendary Comics’ Godzilla: Awakening, a prequel comic to this summer’s blockbuster Godzilla and RAGE, a french comic book series by Glyphs Production. He has also worked on Nike’s Footwear Illustrations for DarkHorse, Space Goat Presents Anthology, ShadowGirls, Evil Dead 2, IDW’s Orphan Black, Titan Comics’ Dark Souls and Quake Champions mini series.
He is currently working on a series of covers for Valiant Comics’ Ninja-K and X-O Manowar, IDW’s Judge Dredd: Under Siege mini series covers and also a 2 year statue design project for Royal Selangor’s licensed series for Marvel and DC.

Dexter Soy was initially an architecture student in the Pangasinan, Philippines. He was discovered by marvel when the author of Trese –a local Filipino comic–posted his artwork on Twitter. Aside from his work with Marvel, he has also made several major title from DC Comics like Batman, Mortal Combat, Red Hood and the Outlaws.

Harvey Montecillo Tolibao was born in June 25, 1981 and raised in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, Philippines. Prior to breaking into comics, Harvey Montecillo Tolibao was a furniture designer, cartoonist, graphic artist, illustrator, web designer, tattoo artist and messenger. During these careers, Harvey dreamed of being a comic book artist. Initially inspired by the art of both Jim Lee and local Filipino comics, Harvey finally received his big break in 2007 from Marvel comics with an Iron Man Annual. Since then Harvey has worked on Psylocke, Heroes for Hire, Silver Surfer, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic, Avengers The Initiative, War of Kings, Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time and many others. Harvey has been involved in DC’s New 52 relaunch, working initially on Green Lantern New Guardians and more recently on Green Arrow.
He started dreaming to be a Comic Book Illustrator in 1991 and start collecting local comics and inspired by foreign comic artist Jim Lee. He studied Information Technology and held down with various job including furniture designer, cartoonist, graphic artist, illustrator, web designer, tattoo artist and messenger, but he was determine to pursue his dream of becoming a comic book artist.
In 2007, Marvel gave him his big break on an Iron Man Annual. Since then he has been working as a freelance artist for Marvel Comics. He has worked on What If?: Civil War; Young Avengers: Hulking; Ultimate X-Men with Robert Kirkman; Secret Invasion Avengers: The Initiative Tie Up; Darkhawk; Snowbird; Nation X; he was popularly known for his mini-series, Psylocke (written by Chris Yost); X-Men: Hellbound (written by Christopher Yost); Uncanny X-Men and Variant Covers for Heroes For Hire. As the year 2011 begins, Harvey is working with Greg Pak and Stephen Segovia on the Silver Surfer Series. By the end of the year, DC gave him a shot for “Green Project,” it starts with “Sinestro Corps war,” then collaboration of the writer Tony Bedard on “New Guardians” Green Lantern series. Year 2012, DC had a deck shuffling and creates a new team Harvey and (written by Ann Nocenti) for Green Arrow series.
In the same year, Harvey Tolibao co-founded along with his team started to run HMT Studios and works on various Game Design for Japanese Game Companies. He was working on Zenescope and Valiant Covers and the new adventure along with homages Bond Girls known as Danger Girl of IDW. By the end of the year 2013, Harvey repossess in Marvel Company doing Uncanny X-force. At the same year, he then released his New Sketchbook 1888 where a collective of ballpoint artworks was published and launched in PopCon Asia 2013, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Later another amazing stuff happened when he do the most anticipated book X-Men V4 run beginning issue 18 with Marc Guggenheim and Darkhorse The Ghost Comic Book Series. Recently done the project with Beyond the BOX ‘BEYOND’ comics with Mervin Malonzo and Mannix Abrera.

Cryssy Cheung is a New York-based art director and award winning designer and illustrator. She is deeply influenced by artists such as Chiara “Milk” Bautista, Kim Jung Gi, and the posters of Alphonse Mucha.
Cryssy came of age during the early days of digital art where she quickly realized her passion and followed her bliss to the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Cryssy has evolved into a multidisciplinary illustrator known for comic book covers, editorial illustration, and licenced Star Wars art. Some clients include: Adobe, CBS, Marvel, Valiant, IDW Publishing, EasyJet, Eater, Moleskine, and Vertigo.
GET TO KNOW IWAN NAZIF
I was born and raised in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra. After finished high school, I studied Architecture at National Institut of Technology Bandung. During my college years, I started participating in various comic drawing competitions, including in the national level where I won the first prize.
After graduating, I chose to pursue my interests in comic drawing instead of architecture. I joined to work for several animation companies while drawing illustrations for many national children magazine.
Later, I decided to focus my career as a freelancer illustrator and comic artist. I moved to Malaysia and spent for some period there to hone my skills with the aim for my artworks to gain international recognition.
I got my international contract as the comic artist from Dark Horse Comics for KULT comic series. This was followed by Mass Effect 2 and 3, also published by Dark Horse Comics.
I eventually received a contract to illustrate Dreamworks How To Train Your Dragon comic series published by Titan Comics, which comic series has reached volume 8 to date.
Saat mengerjakan komik How to train your dragon, saya dikontak Mas Andy Wijaya dari Bumi Langit, untuk membuat komik superhero buat Indonesia, yang akan ditayangkan di Koran Kompas. Saya sangat senang sekali, karena memang cita-cita saya dari kecil untuk bisa membuat komik di Indonesia, secara saya besar dengan membaca komik-komik Indonesia, mulai dari komik silat sampai Superhero. Sekarang diberi kesempatan untuk membuat komik Indonesia dengan karakter yang saya idolakan dari jaman dulu, so…I take the job. Walaupun waktu itu saya harus berbagi deadline dengan komik How to train your dragon.
Komik yang pertama yang saya bikin buat bumi langit adalah Prahara. Ternyata komik Prahara ini mendapatkan respon yang baik, generasi lama dan baru bisa menikmatinya. Hingga akhirnya saya diminta untuk membuat komik legendaris si Buta dari goa hantu. Ini adalah komik yang saya tunggu-tunggu untuk dibuat remakenya, karena saya adalah penggemar Pak Ganes TH, sang creator Si buta dari Goa Hantu. Apalagi setelah mengetahui kalau yang menulis ulang scriptnya adalah Oyas Sujiwo, yang tidak diragukan lagi kepakarannya, saya sungguh beruntung. Alhamdulillah, respon yang didapat pun bagus, sampai sekarang saya masih mengerjakan komik Si Buta yang sudah sampai di season 3, selain itu saya juga sempat mengerjakan komik Revolusi Bumi Langit atau jaga bumi disela-sela komik si Buta.

Yasmine Putri is an Indonesian character designer whose fray into comic book began with a cover for Marvel’s Secret Wars. She does not enjoy long walks and is indifferent toward beaches.

A Jakarta-born artist, Jasmine Hanny Surkatty have been dabbing in various fields of the Indonesian creative industry during her university years before deciding on a field to work on. As it all went down, she realizes that her love for comics never dies, especially after she got hooked to her passion-side project turn big IP, Komik Ga Jelas™ , a social-media based comic strip with full-blown absurd humor that garnered quite a following.
Since then she has focused her career into making Komik Ga Jelas™ where it stands now. From releasing the sequel book, Komik Ga Jelas™ 2 ‘Pembasmi Frustasi’ with Elex Media Komputindo, to brand collaborations with big companies and organizations such as, GoJek, Grab, Kompas, R80 Airplane Program, PBVSI (Persatuan Bola Voli Seluruh Indonesia), The Police Force, KPK (Komisi Pebasmi Korupsi) and much more. Komik Ga Jelas™ and Jasmine H. Surkatty has also been chosen as one of Indonesia Comic Artist representative to be invited into the President’s Palace as one of the front-runner for Indonesia’s positive content-creator.
